How to: Add a label to a report.
Solution:
In Report Design view, click 'Label' from the Toolbox, select the location for the label on the report and type the text in the label box.
NOTE: If the Database window is not active, activate the Database window
1) Click the 'Reports' tab in the Database window.

2) Select the desired report from the list box. (The selected report is highlighted.)
3) Click 'Design'. (The selected report appears in the design view.)
4) Select the 'Label' from the Toolbox.

5) Create a label:
a) Move the mouse pointer to the desired location in the report. (The mouse pointer changes to the Label button symbol.)
b) Press and hold down the mouse button.
c) Drag the cursor to define the size of the box and release the mouse button. (The label box appears with a blinking cursor in it.)
6) Type the text for the label.

NOTE: Text must be typed before any other procedure is performed.
7) Press ENTER to save the entry.
8) (Optional) To edit the text in the label box, single-click in the label box. (Handles appear around the box.)

9) Select the desired settings from the 'Formatting' toolbar.
EXAMPLE: Font type, Font size, Underline, etc.)

10) (Optional) To move a label box:
a) Single click in the label box. (Handles appear around the box.)
b) Place the cursor on an outline of the label box. (The cursor becomes a hand.)
c) Press and hold down the mouse button, and drag the label box to the desired location.
11) (Optional) To adjust the size of a label box:
a) Single click in the label box. (Handles appear around the box.)
b) Place the cursor on a handle. (The cursor becomes a double-headed arrow.)
c) Press and hold down the mouse button.
d) Drag the side of the label box to the desired size.
